Tons of changes to the UI on Test server.

Aye very many internal changes. I think only visable change is to the map (adding more features) rest i think is stuff we wouldn't necissarily see.
And are you back Savok? I saw you pop in on savok but was talking to one of your guildies and i guess they haven't seen you around. F2P soon!

Test is updated on EQInterface.com. I'll fix all the button changes I didn't do when they first introduced new button templates a few years ago when i get to it.
Basically the UI is ready to use but I can't test it 100% until I go f2p in March (different setups for f2p players (no shared bank, money etc - all need placeholders rather than blank space ). I am around in sw.bards because someone bought me a 30 day card to make sure it worked.
Expect an upload on March 16 - probably close to servers up time and expect several updates as the day/week goes.

hmm, I downloaded the file linked in the first post for Test, created a new folder and extracted the contents and it still gives the default UI.

I just tested this again and it works. Did you remove the EQUI_MapViewWindow.xml? Also if you use any of the live add ons they may not work yet until i update them.

MY STUPID ERROR.
Sorry, apparently I created a new EQ instance on my PC when we switched to the new launcher and I've been putting the new files into the wrong folders. I put the new files in the correct location and everything works.

I know it doesn't add anything to the discussion but thanks again for keeping up with this. Whereas so many UIs will probably break you're already prepared once again!

the majority of issues peopel will have with crashing is the Animations file. they totally screwed the damn thing up like you wouldn't beleive.

They did more "editing" of stupid stuff, and in doing so broke quite a few of the already fixed UI's agian.

At this point it might be best to just wait till Friday so you don't have to maintain 2 versions. :)

Updated for F2P (Live and Test), it should work without issues but let me know if there are.
03/15/12: Updated for 'Free To Play'. Make sure you remove your EQUI_MapViewWindow.xml file from previous installs (or install in a new folder)

I need to fix the 5 player group window today due to some missed gauge positioning on one of the group members. If you have this issue you can use the 6 player window until I fix it later today.

Anyone know why I see on vendor lists the tabs being incorrectly labeled? For example Qty is shown as Lvl, Qty is Plat, the Plat coin is really Gold and so on. They all seem to be shifted by one. Its only an annoyance but I'm going to have to look at it a lot while tradeskilling.

I had it fixed but never copied it from beta. Fixed now though, along with some of the map buttons.
12/03/12: Fixed some issues with the Merchant and Map windows.

Have one issue though, the window selector dissappeared. (alt+w) and when you try to toggle it, it toggles a very small merc window.

I'm guessing I added the merc window by accident. Just delete the EQUI_SelectorWindow.xml file and it will go back to default.

I'm getting lots of crashes trying to right click myself to set group roles. Is this the UI or EQ?

04/14/13: Changed dragitems to dds format, added code for select windows to use the close on esc value as default (can be set to whatever you prefer in-game with right click context menu). Added show merc and pet buttons in track window. Added flashing green and orange SC button update.

Once again thanks a ton for keeping your UI up to date. It's very appreciated. I still remember the first time I used it, farming items for cultural armor in Depths of Darkhollow and wondering how I'd adjust to a new UI after I gave up trying to personally maintain my old one.
